Waveguide-type optical circuit for recognition of 8PSK-coded labels

In photonic label routing nodes, recognition of optical labels is one of the key functions. In this paper, we propose an optical recognition circuit for 8-ary phase shift keying labels based on the previously reported waveguide circuit for optical label recognition in quadrature phase shift keying format.
