This paper conducts a study on the redundancy management technology based on the 10kw level dual redundancy electromechanical servo system, In this paper, The fault handling mechanism is determined through the fault point, and the system dynamics of the fault process is analyzed, This article also puts forward a new “steady-state compensation technology” redundancy management idea, which has been verified by test. At last, a dual redundancy electromechanical servo system with reliable switching, effective redundancy management and excellent dynamic characteristics is obtained.
