USA future war prediction using ASF method with 3 inputs and full traversal: No new war till 2030 or 2034 though 2021, 2023, 2027 and 2032 risky?

In this paper, a numerical prediction method called addition-subtraction frequency (ASF) method with 3 inputs and full traversal is presented, in order to predict USA future wars. In the last few years, several wars around the world that were all related to the United States of America burst out, such as War in Afghanistan, Iraq War, War in North-West Pakistan and Libyan Civil War, which caused a lot of significant effects on the United States of America and countries around the world. In fact, there have been quantities of wars related to USA since the 18th century. Based on the data about those wars in history, we predict that there might be no new war related to USA till 2030 or 2034 though 2021, 2023, 2027 and 2032 are risky years.
