Low-power enhanced temperature beat sensor with longer communication distance by data-recovery algorithm

We have proposed a Beat Sensor concept as a persistent and energy-harvesting wireless sensing scheme. This paper describes a low-power enhanced Temperature Beat Sensor, which exhibits an operating current of 18 μA at 3 V, data accuracy within 0.04 °C at the size of a body less than 5 cm³. We propose an algorithm, that recovers data from common communication failures, resulting in longer communication distances of up to 110 m without any error.
