Detection of an impure palmyra juice using short-time matrix pencil method

This paper presents the technique to detect the impure palmyra juice using short-time matrix pencil method (STMPM). The STMPM utilizes a sliding window and a matrix pencil method for extracting complex natural resonances of an object. Since the pure and impure palmyra juice have different complex permittivity, the complex natural resonances should also be different. The variation of complex natural resonances can later be used for designing a chipless RFID for impure palmyra juice detection.
