Let X be a projective arithmetic variety and $\overline L$ a continuous hermitian invertible sheaf on X. In this paper, we would like to consider a mild and appropriate condition to guarantee that H⁰(X, nL) has a free basis consisting of strictly small sections for n ≫1.
