A study of IEEE 802.11aa

Legacy IEEE 802.11 fails to efficiently support multicast transmissions. To handle the rising need for multicast, which is typically forced to provide multimedia traffic, the IEEE 802.11aa Task Group (TGaa) has consistent cutting edge mechanisms meant for providing successful and robust transmission of multicast flows in wireless local area networks (WLAN).
