Estimating the sample complexity of a multi-class discriminant model

We study the generalization performance of a multiclass discriminant model. Several bounds on its sample complexity are derived from uniform convergence results based on different measures of capacity. This gives us an insight into the nature of the capacity measure which is best suited to study multiclass discriminant model.
