The influence of the constant physical fields on structure of polymer composites with cadmium oxide and polyaniline

The use of magnetic and electric fields has attracted immense attention in recent years for the physical modification of composite materials. In this work, we demonstrate results of influence of constant physical fields on the structure of epoxy composites with cadmium oxide and polyaniline. Samples of composites were subjected to curing with different conditions. The influence of constant magnetic and constant electric fields was 2·10
⁵
A/m and 1.5·10
⁴
V/m respectively. As a result, the oriented structures of the composites were obtained. This orientation of the structure affects the physical and mechanical properties of the polymer materials. The epoxy polymer has an amorphous structure, but epoxy composites with inorganic fillers have amorphous-crystalline structure. The average crystallite size is 14.5 nm.
