Design and construction of mobile chronic diseases management system

This paper researches and analyzes the current situation of the application of mobile medical services in chronic disease monitoring and management. With chronic diseases and mobile medical development trend in China, we propose a monitoring and management system for the physical sign of elderly patients with chronic diseases. By using the system, patient can monitor and upload the physical sign data, send out an SOS, reserve for return visit through the smart client at home. The system reduces a number of hospital visits, obviously shortens the time of diagnosis and treatment, and gives the diagnosis and treatment a good experience. This system has a broad application prospects in mobile medical field.
