Changes in human peripheral blood flow obtained by magnetic stimulation

The technique of magnetic stimulation has been applied to studies on the human brain and neurological research. This paper discusses the changes to human peripheral blood flow after exposure to magnetic stimulation. A 300% increase in mass rate occurred after exposure to single pulsed magnetic stimulation (SMS) in both flow directions: from the periphery to the center, and from the center to the periphery. Similarly, exposure to repetitive pulsed magnetic stimulation in the same directions increased the mass rate by about 300 % over the rest, but the waveform of the mass responses was different from that of the SMS. Hence, very significant increases in the mass rate were obtained by using magnetic stimulation.
