Global stabilization for a class of non-linearly parametrized time-delay systems with output feedback dynamic linear controllers

This paper presents a dynamic linear output feedback controller for global stabilization of a class of non-linearly parametrized systems subject to time-delay. By introducing two adaptive strategies, we first construct a dynamic linear output feedback controller with two dynamic gains. After that, with the aid of an appropriate Lyapunov–Krasovskii functional, the adaptive strategies are explicitly given to dominate the time-delay non-linearities bounded by higher-order parametrized growth conditions and render the closed-loop system globally asymptotically stable. Some new results on output feedback stabilization of non-linear systems with time-delay and unmeasurable states are provided. The first result is proposed for the global stabilization of non-linearly parametrized systems with time-delay. And the second one studies the dynamic linear output feedback controller which is under more general higher-order growth conditions than the existing results. The correctness of the theoretical results are illustrated with several academic simulation examples.
