Thevenin's theorem: a new formulation

A new formulation of Thevenin's theorem is presented. As compared with all previous ones, it enjoys two new attractive features, viz., logical approach and modeling tool. The first one derives from removing those "network unique solvability" conditions which mask the fundamental core of this (and similar) theorem(s). The second one consists in using the node tableau analysis, which makes both circuit hypotheses and proof calculations terser.
