Method of measurement of charging decompensation at explosive plasma formation with computer information processing

The authors conducted a theoretical and pilot research of the physical phenomenon of a charging decompensation in the course of explosive formation and plasma warming up. This physical phenomenon cannot be described within relativistic electrodynamics. Its existence is predicted by hyper continual electrodynamics. It relies on the hyper continual ideas of space and time within which transition between inertial reference systems can be described by the level Lorentz transformations among which the fundamental part is assigned to the Galilei's transformations. Hyper continual electrodynamics has three basic laws being its cornerstone. The first basic law action is an immediate cause of emergence of the studied phenomenon. It expresses the dependence of the charge electric field strength on the speed of its movement. At plasma warming up the total negative charge of free electrons grows quicker than a total positive charge of ions. As a result, for a short time there is no compensated negative charge which becomes available to observation due to the arrangement of a suitable experimental installation. This research allowed us to obtain a method for measurement of a charging decompensation at explosive plasma formation. This measurement method is new as it allowed one to find out a new physical phenomenon impossible to be revealed with other existing measurement methods. Besides, the results of computer data processing of the pilot studies' outcomes are given.
