Through the introduction of information technology and human resources concept, this paper expounds the relationship between the two, through the use of information technology in human resources management model, we can regulate the human resources management process, improve work efficiency, reduce management costs, and ultimately promote the change of human resource management. But in the process, enterprises should pay attention to the application of information technology to establish a human resources supply and demand information database, to strengthen the analysis of human resources management and staff performance evaluation, and ultimately promote the improvement of enterprise management efficiency.
