An Example for Industry 4.0: Design and Implementation of a Mobile App for Industrial Surveillance Based on Cloud

With the development of industry 4.0, numbers of automatic control system or products are filled in the field of industry. Recently, more and more need calls for mobile app for industry. This paper analyzes the combination of industrial and mobile applications, according to these examples, we propose a functional component framework for industrial mobile applications, which can be applied to many industrial fields, and we introduce the industrial automation control system of polycarboxylate superplasticizer which our own research and development and already put into use, finally an example is implemented using the functional component framework-an mobile application for industrial surveillance of Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer. This app acquits data through communicating with cloud, after data acquisition, data will be analyzed and illustrated in mobile phone's screen for users. In this method, industrial operators will be able to check on the production information in a real-time anywhere anytime.
