The Key Success Factors of Developing Intelligent Logistics Within Pharmaceutical Industry in Fujian Free Trade Area

The growing demand on service quality and trade volume of pharmaceutical logistics has continued to be highly concerned by the China Government. Driven by government's policies, logistics of pharmaceutical industry are able to deal with the problem of drug efficacy failure during the process of transportation by adopting intelligentized system. The aim of this study is to explore the key success factors of developing intelligent logistics within pharmaceutical industry in Fuzhou Free Trade Area. According to the results of secondary analysis and expert interview, a hierarchical structure with four facets and fifteen factors is established. After acquiring assessments from experts, we employed DEMATEL to process data. Observing the causal map, we found that providing a comprehensive information system for logistics of pharmaceutical industry is crucial.
