Transient Rotation Speed Control of Power System for Hydraulic Walking Platform Based on Neural Network Structure PID

To meet the control demand of power system in hydraulic walking platform, digital PID structure and its shortcoming is briefly analyzed, the requirement of fast regulation and control precision control for power system is presented, control algorithm with neural network structure PID is provided, its mathematic principal and calculation flow scheme is listed, load response model for gasoline engine is foundered according to physical process, a whole control system of closed-loop control is built. Control algorithm and its effect of control system is verified in experimental bench, experimental results showed that neural network structure PID algorithm effect is steady and it can meet the controlling requirement in transient speed.
