The Influence of Multi-Samples Rotation Vector Algorithms on Navigation Accuracy

The research focuses on the compensation effect of the equivalent multi-sample rotation vector algorithm on the errors of cone motion. The rotation vector algorithm based on both five samples which eliminates the interval error caused by sampling by using the method of the fourth order polynomial fitting and single sample are adopted to compensate the errors in cone motion. The simulation results evaluate the accuracy of five samples one by the errors of attitudes, speeds and positions, which demonstrate that the compensation effect of the five sample is better than that of single sample. So the multi-samples rotation vector algorithm has a distinct advantage on the compensation for cone motion.
