Research on Design of the Automatic Steel Wire-Changing Cutting Device

In order to improve the current use of the cutting machine, so that it can achieve unattended and continuous work. An automatic steel wire-changing cutting device consisting of PLC control system, hydraulic push rod mechanism, sensor monitoring system and wire-changing mechanism was designed. The working principle of the fault monitoring system in the blank cutting device, the flow and the way of the signal processing of the control system, the characteristics of the hydraulic putter mechanism, and the design and working mode of the automatic wire changing mechanism were described. This device can effectively improve the efficiency of brick production, reduce production costs and enhance the safety performance of production.
