Elaboration of intelligent development system of megalopolis transportation

The importance of elaboration of an intelligent development system of the megalopolis transportation system is shown. Modern approaches to the development and intellectualization of transportation systems are reviewed. By using the logical-algorithmic language, a formal development of the system is carried out. Its external and internal structures are described.
