Acoustoelectronic devices with controlled characteristics

This review report is devoted to the perspective branch of acoustoelectronics - to devices with controlled characteristics. Different principles of construction of controlled (active) acoustoelectronic devices of different functional purposes are analyzed. The devices achieved limiting parameters are resulted. The estimations of technical and technico-economical characteristics from the positions of their possible market entry are done. It is shown, that the active acoustoelectronics will allow not only to improve the achieved parameters, but essentially will expand the number of functions carried out by devices, will provide their complexity and functional flexibility having expanded thus an opportunity of acoustoelectronics in toto.
