Willis S. (Speed) Kastorff letter: 14 July 2016

In response to an April 2017 inquiry from Thomas Perry (Past-Chair of the Huntsville IEEE EMC Chapter) who was trying to put together a history of the Chapter, I proceeded to do some research on the early days of the Huntsville EMC Chapter (the results were published in the last issue of the EMC Magazine, Second Quarter 2017). I then was sent a letter written by Speed Kastorff, a member of the Huntsville EMC Chapter, to the current Huntsville EMC Chapter Chair, Matthew M. McGrath. The letter was dated July ©2017 IEEE Electromagnetic Compatibility Magazine – Volume 6 – Quarter 3 41 14, 2016 and contained great information on “Speed’s” career from the late 1950s through the 1960s.
