Approaches to solve problem of electrostatic precipitator high-voltage switch box

There are poor contact and other shortcomings in the traditional connecting structure of electrostatic precipitator high-voltage switch box. Aiming at the above problem, this paper presents a corresponding solution. The approaches disclosed herein mainly include two aspects, the first is to change the connecting structure of electrostatic precipitator high-voltage switch box, the second is on the basis of the first step to change the connecting structure of the movable contact and the fixed contact of high-voltage grounding switch. The new connecting structure of electrostatic precipitator high-voltage switch box has only one high-voltage grounding switch and a pair of contacts and one high-voltage insulator with simple structure and reliable operation. The new connecting structure of the movable contact and the fixed contact of high-voltage grounding switch is double-sidedly contacted and firmly connected, and the contact surface has no heat even if a large electric current flows through it, which can guarantee the safety of electrical equipments.
