Design of control load system of flight simulator based on torque motor

The control load system is a force simulation system, which simulates the operating force of the pilot when piloting an aircraft. According to the analysis of a certain type of aircraft control load system, designs an electric load control system by using DC torque motor as actuator. The system takes DSP TMS320F28335 as the controller, with the signal conditioning circuit, A/D conversion circuit, motor drive circuit and serial communication circuit, using the digital recursive PID control strategy with dead zone and parameters adjustment function, loading the stick force (the control stick force or the pedal force) accurately by controlling the DC torque motor. The accuracy and reliability of the system are verified by practical application.
