Manufacturing of highquality products to the method of DLP RP — Technology

The article is devoted to manufacturing of highquality products one of the most promising methods of RP - technology. Is provided Brief description of the principle working of the method and equipment, on which was manufactured prototypes. The morphology obtained in the mode of atomic force microscopy explains the mechanism of formation of the surface layer prototypes. Also according to the results obtained using coordinate measuring machine has been set, that the deviation of the forms of mutual position of surfaces of all experienced samples manufactured by the method of DLP is reduced to a single pattern. Analysis of the results of the study gave opportunity to establish the most important factors influencing the roughness and the accuracy parameters of the samples. Based on the results of the study, we can conclude about the prospects and possibilities of application of the method DLP RP technology in the engineering industry for manufacturing high quality products.
