Developing of biochemical express analyzers of blood based on computer simulation

This article is devoted to the actual problem of medical equipment - the creation of a portable analyzer for monitoring blood biochemical parameters: glucose and cholesterol. A correlation analysis of the concentration of glucose and cholesterol in the blood with the parameters of arterial pressure (BP) and excess body mass index (BMI) was carried out using computer simulation. Imitative models are constructed and optimal regressions equations are obtained that ensure the calculation of glucose and cholesterol concentration with a relative error with measured levels of not more than 10-15%. A method of non-invasive of the blood test is proposed and the design of an automatic device for the rapid analysis of glucose and cholesterol in the blood is developed. The device is protected by RF patents for inventions and can be used for preliminary diagnosis, both in medical offices and at home.
