Information technologies of controlling as a factor of innovative development of telecommunication companies

The article describes the specific development trends of controlling in telecommunication companies as part of implementing information technology as required in modern conditions. Conclusions are made that controlling today is in permanent development as problems of enterprise management are changing. These include “opening” the new tools. The aim of the study is to develop theoretical and methodological guidelines for using information technology as the basis for effective controlling system in telecommunication companies. The authors consider the concept of controlling, analyze the existing information technologies and software products like SAP ERP10 and “1C:ERP Enterprise Management 2”. The article demonstrates the functionality of one of them providing specific examples, which show the use of automated control systems in controlling procedures. The paper presents the authoring and proves a number of theoretical positions and methodical recommendations on forming information technology tools to improve the efficient use of controlling in telecommunication companies. The article is scientific and practical. The results of this analysis can be useful to managers and management personnel of the company, who are interested in developing the business, increasing the competitiveness of the telecommunication companies through finding new internal resources.
