A study on foreign national researchers in Korean research organizations and policy recommendations

This paper tries to identify the factors that affect performance of foreign researchers in Korean research organizations and search for the best management practices and science and technology policies. In this research, literature reviews, expert interviews and a survey were conducted. A research model was designed to include international, organizational and R&D management perspectives.
