Design of the intelligent monitoring system for wire drawing process

In order to reduce the influence of wire drawing process on the quality of cable and realize remote monitoring, an intelligent monitoring system for the quality of wire was designed. This system uses the concentrator with STM32 as the main control chip to get wire drawing data during the wire production from each acquisition terminal through the Modbus communication protocol, and then sends data to the remote server by TCP/IP protocol. The server processes data and deposits it in the database. The system sets specific process parameters according to the actual situation of each machine. As long as the data is abnormal, the system will send alarm information. The managers can take the current production data through the client. After the actual test, the system is able to monitor the wire drawing process in time, and help the workshop managers to know the current quality of wire drawing production at any time.
