This article consists of a collection of slides from the author's conference presentation. The test report is one of many documents (exhibits) usually submitted as part of an equipment authorization application, which is a legal set of documents that demonstrates the compliance of the equipment. This is typically submitted to either a national regulatory agency or a designated CB (or TCB) for review and authorization. Most of the (minimum) requirements for the test report are specified in regulatory agencies' requirement documents and/or industry standards. ISO/IEC 17025 also includes report requirements.
