Multipath tall building elevator module for flexible transport system with PLC based on cloud control

This paper present a semi rope-less multipath tall building both horizontally and vertically elevator module for more enhanced the high or high rise building elevator system efficiency as a new technological revolution. With multipath system the removable passenger car will use rope-less linear motor and horizontal mobility act as a shuttle car that can be offer for more convenience to use for many desire reasons such as ageing, disable or other passengers that their physical of body manners are almost weaken or dismissed and then travelling safety up and down on the single shaft that despite having fewer shafts compared to standard elevator system. An intelligent fuzzy proportional plus integral (F-PI) control via on fuzzy ladder diagram (FLD) based on cloud PLC is designed for implementing the traditional PLC to more ability and optimizing the overall performance of vertical traffic situations. The aim of the cloud communicating control is a long distance access control that improved an infrastructure of traditional PLC to easily remote computing resources and can deliver them as a service on demand with highly dynamic response and flexible transportation system that can be considered as a promising solution with user friendly and less waiting time. Solid work simulation result is done for an elevator mechanism module design, while the MATLAB simulation result is evaluated for F-PI via on FLD control. Finally, a real testing of all system are many done and corrected in the engineering laboratory room until it's satisfied the typical values response with design concept.
