High blocking voltage ESD timer clamp with mis-trigger protection

A supply clamp architecture is presented which ensure a reliable low leakage performance at the higher supply voltage. An active feedback network designed into the supply clamp architecture ensures uniform clamping through the duration of the ESD event. Mis-trigger immunity is additionally incorporated to ensure reliable functionality up to 5V.
