Analysis of modified load coil for IH geyser

During the recent years, researchers have made extensive evaluations in Induction Heating (IH) technology related to user friendliness and efficiency improvement. Owing to this advantage, traditional IH cook-tops are typically employed for preparing food at domestic as well as restaurant level. Using an induction heating, the vessel is directly heated without thermal inertia. Here, the method is proposed in which the fluid will get heated directly from the coil. Implementations of mild steel and stainless steel load coils are prepared for selecting the efficient heat transfer to fluid. The experimental results show that the efficiency of the stainless steel load coil increases nearly by about 24% as compared to traditional methods and by 3 to 5 % by the mild steel load coil. The application can be adopted for industries, medical appliances, restaurants, bathrooms, dining halls, and many more.
