Prototype design of a compact plug-in solar electric vehicle application for smart power management architecture

In this work, we are providing details about experimental Electric Vehicle prototype. The goal is to build an All Electric power-train prototype with multi power sources input, and an open computer based setup to test new power management architecture introduced in our previous work. The electrical and mechanical features of the prototype are detailed. However, connectivity and networking layers for PM algorithm are kept for phase 2 of the work.
