Utilization of time resource for the dwell scheduling of the phase array radar

This paper describes a novel algorithm for the dwell scheduling of the phase array radar. The key idea of this algorithm is to generate the maximum continuous idle time for the succedent task when the current task is scheduled. This allows us to utilize the time resource of the phase array radar effectively. The simulation results have demonstrated that the improved algorithm can increase the success scheduling ratio.
