Design and implementation of integrative intelligence support system

In view of the requirement of fault diagnosis and maintenance support of radar equipment, a solution to radar integrative intelligence support system is proposed in this paper. The system is integrated with fault perception, confirmation, maintenance and spare parts management, which realizes fault collection, prognostic, confirmation and interactive maintain in virtue of different sensors, expert system, IETM and so on. By using the interconvert technology of LRU, it diminishes the sorts and the numbers of spare parts, which is different from traditional special spare parts. The system realizes the share of spare parts in different areas in virtue of network, and reduces the cost of spare parts. The sorts and the numbers of spare parts are planed effectively according to the actual situation.
