Research on the interim assessment method of traffic and transportation during the 13th five-year plan period: Take Shanxi province as an example

The relations between trafïîc and transportation not only concern the general situation of socioeconomic development, but are also closely related to people's production and life. The 13th Five-year Plan Period is a decisive phase of comprehensively constructing a moderately prosperous society. Meanwhile, it is also an important period for comprehensively deepening traffic & transportation reform and promoting the construction of comprehensive traffic & transportation system. With the aim of implementing the spirit of the 18th CPC National Congress, following the requirements of socioeconomic development and mastering the overall situation of implementing the traffic & transportation program during the 13th Five-year Plan Period, the thesis will combine the thinking of determining membership in the fuzzy evaluation according to the traffic & transportation system's development evaluation characteristics. Meanwhile, it will also carry out a comprehensive evaluation by combining relevant theories on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and AHP, thereby ensuring the implementation and completion of aims, priorities and tasks during the 13th Five-year Plan Period and laying a foundation for formulating the 14th Five-year Plan Period.
