Research on impact of router critical system resources on traffic routing process

The given research presents experimental studies, which allow to define interconnections of data transmission rate, workload of the router's central processing unit and packet delay between the source and the destination node. An approach to utilization of received laws in the process of determining an optimal route for packet transmission is also proposed.
