Low power current sense amplifier based on phase transition material

We present a novel SA based on PTM used in conjunction with the CMOS circuits. It shows higher performance, lower power and lower area compared to the standard SA topology. The proposed SA concept is also applicable and extendable to other memory technologies and PTMs.
