The selection of logistics service provider based on rough set and unascertained measure model

As market competition intensifies, the logistics part is being a new profit growth point, and it is critical for businesses to select the appropriate logistics service providers. Existing logistics service provider selection method is too subjective and evaluation index is not comprehensive. On the basis of considering the impact factors to logistics service providers selected evaluation, this paper established a logistics service provider selection evaluation system, then it applied rough set theory to reduce attribute and extract the core factors. It used information entropy to determine index objectivity weight and establishing to evaluate logistics service providers. The evaluation results improved the objectivity and accuracy.
