The employees' health and welfare from the naval field may be affected by a series of specific stressors. Consequently, many of them present a precarious health that may the cause for both personal problems of the employees (psycho-social, interrelation problems with colleagues, bosses or family; traumatic events or even suicide) and the security and the good functioning of the ships (accidents that may cause major economic and environmental disasters). Although many companies from the naval domain acknowledge the fact that employees' stress has implications in the good functioning of the ships, only few of them understand the stress causes and how to remedy its effects. The theme is important since, to arrive to an expert system one needs an extremely elaborated data bank as well as very numerous poly-factorial analyses that may allow the activation of the interface mechanism and the fact base.
