New mathematical procedures in the investigation of biological nanostructure dynamics

Considering that the structural units of the biological structures (assimilated to complex systems) move on continuous but non-differentiable curves, new mathematical procedures in the form of the Extended Scale Relativity Model are presented. Then, the equivalence between the formalism of the fractal hydrodynamics and the one of the Schrödinger type equation was established. The advantage of such model is that it can be applied to all scale resolution, for example from nano to the mesoscopic scales.
