Utilize SCAMPER to design a navigation system for dental implant

“Aq Navi” is a three-dimensional positioning system for dental implants. Different from the conventional dental implants, this system uses CT information from preoperative planning, and provides depth and location with radar map for immediate warning and feedback. As the building cost of this system is high, it is not easy to install this system in many clinics. Therefore, this research re-shaped the system through industrial design process to allow renting. After introducing SCAMPER as the method for industrial design, the all-in-one system suits the needs of medical personnel, improving product availability, reliability, mobility, and provides a solution to the dental implant market.
