New CM/VM 3rd-order quadrature oscillator using VDCCs

This article proposes a new current-mode(CM)/voltage-mode (VM) 3
^rd
-order quadrature oscillator using three VDCCs, three capacitors and six resistors. The proposed configuration employs only grounded capacitors and provides quadrature current as well as voltage mode outputs. The proposed configuration has been verified by SPICE simulation with TSMC 180nm process parameters.
