Research and simulation on the motion of deflection type automaton device

Automatic machine not only can safely and reliably fire bullets and obtain the desired muzzle velocity, but also prevent the release of gunpowder gas and open the chamber after shooting. At present, most structures of automaton are developed based on the prototype of Remington 870 and there are few researches on the dynamics of automaton. In order to solve this dynamical problem, in this paper we designed a new kind of dynamic model of the locking mechanism, established a kinetic model of its locking mechanism and simulated the locking mechanism with ADAMS software. The results show that our design on locking mechanism is reliable and works efficiently. The kinetic model of the armature deflection mechanism provides a theoretical basis for the design of the locking mechanism of the iron locking mechanism, which will be great helpful for the structural improvement of the automaton.
