A proposal of virtual education

Given the importance of elearning to the process of teaching and learning contemporary, precisely, in higher education, and distance learning opportunities offered by the use of online platforms, we undertook in this article an empirical-descriptive research to know the extent of this problematic, guided by a literature review how the scientific method. Here, we present concepts, historical perspectives, methodologies, functionalities, capabilities of learning platforms, and case study of Plataforma Pral (Plataforma Professor Aluno). The research was developed from January to July 2016 in Internet.
