Assessment of ambulance station efficiency at congested city traffic

Deals with the management of ambulance stations complex in the city with congested traffic. The estimation of ambulance station efficiency is based on DEA methodology. The ambulance station profile is formulated and the basic parameters for the DEA model are determined. The solution of the linear programming problem was performed for the efficiency evaluation of a complex of ambulance stations.
