On the design of higher-order curl-conforming finite elements and its assembly features

Two assembly-oriented strategies for the design of higher-order curl-conforming basis functions in the context of finite element methods are presented. Comparison of their robustness in terms of the condition number of the finite element matrices with arbitrary meshes and specially distorted elements is shown.
