Proposal of a Disaster Information Cloud System for Disaster Prevention and Reduction

We propose a disaster information cloud system for disaster prevention and reduction in this research. This system consists of the disaster information input function and the disaster information output function. The emergency response headquarters uses this system for information sharing and information transmitting at the time of large-scale natural disaster. The disaster information input function enables to register the various disaster information gathered in the emergency response headquarters. And, the disaster information output function enables to share the disaster information quickly in the emergency response headquarters. Moreover, this disaster information cloud system enables to avoid natural disaster risk such as data loss and system loss. And, this system enables to transmit disaster information to residents by the real-time information transmitting to the information communication tools. This research is expected to play an important role in the ensuring of safety and security.
